2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before submitting your order.

If your order includes a design proof, we’ll confirm it with you before production to ensure accuracy.

3. Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization.
Estimated processing and delivery times are listed in each product description.

We take great care to package every order safely, but once it leaves our shop, we rely on the carrier to deliver it on time.
Wiggins Woodworks & Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather events, though we’ll always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted and often personalized, returns and exchanges are limited.
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wigginswoodworks.nc@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

5. Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
We never store or have access to your full payment information.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice, but once your order is confirmed, your total is locked in.
