Because so many of our items are custom-made or personalized — designed to tell your story — we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges on these orders unless there’s a mistake on our part or your item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

For non-personalized items, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned safely to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
